Payment is expected at time of collection.
If your pet passes away at home and we are collecting from your home, we will happily accept cash or we have various electronic payment options available.
If you pet passes away at your vets, we will be happy to collect your pet from your vet's office. Please speak to your vet about your decision. Contact us via telephone or complete the online booking form to make your arrangements and we will liaise with your vet directly.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, contactless cards, eftpos chip cards, Apple pay, Google pay, Samsung pay all accepted on our portal terminal we bring to you.
Please note a 1.6% surcharge applies.

If you would like to avoid paying a card surcharge transfer the funds directly to our bank account and pay no fees. Our friendly staff will have the bank account details available so please do not hesitate to ask. A receipt of transfer will need to be provided at time of collection.

The only requirement is that the service must be fully paid for at the time of cremation.
